Where do you ship to?

Inde' currently ships within the United States and to Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary, but most orders ship within 3–5business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or preorder releases.

How long will it take to receive my preorder?

Preorder items typically require 8–9 weeks for production, followed by 1–2 weeks for shipping. Estimated timelines may vary depending on location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery progress.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within the United States through USPS. Canadian customers also have the option to ship via UPS. Please note that taxes, duties, and import fees may apply to Canadian orders and are the responsibility of the customer prior to delivery.

Lost or Returned Packages

Inde' is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit?

All sales are final. Inde' does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any items. Please review sizing information and shipping timelines carefully before completing your purchase.

Preorder Policy

All preorders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Inde' is not responsible for packages refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused for this reason.
