About Inde'

Inde' meaning "my heart" in the Anishinaabe language.

Inde' is an Anishinaabekwe-owned apparel brand rooted in love and intention. Through Inde', Erin carries that same heart into apparel, creating pieces that invite others to feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful exactly as they are.

As an Indigenous-led brand, we carry a responsibility to think of the next generations and the impact our choices have on the land and its future. Sustainability is at the core of our work, not only for those who come after us, but for the well-being of the lands we come from and care for.

Each piece is made in small batches using premium fabrics. Every garment is created with intention, honoring Ojibwe artistry through quality, comfort, and authenticity.

About the Designer

Erin Allen is a beadwork artist and designer from the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe. Born and raised on the Lac du Flambeau reservation, Erin creates pieces that honor traditional Anishinaabe beadwork and floral designs that have long carried stories of medicine, resilience, and connection.

Her work is deeply personal, reflecting both her own journey of self-discovery and her commitment to helping others embrace their beauty and light through art, design, and comfort. The florals featured throughout her work are more than decorative elements; they are symbols of life, healing, and our connection to one another. They represent the beauty of creation and the love that continues through generations.

Inspired by the land, the changing seasons, and the medicines that surround her, Erin brings that same intention and heart into Inde'. Through each collection, she creates pieces that invite people to feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful exactly as they are.
